About This Product

■What is the deodorizing device system?

A structure in which suction holes are machined in each compartment on the back of the locker, panel ducts are attached, and connected to the exhaust system. A clean air environment can be maintained inside the locker by providing air passages to efficiently take in fresh air and exhaust dirty air. *The panel duct is a patented product [Patent number: 6692091]

■System

・Attach one panel duct to each locker. ・The standard plan is to combine about 3 units (15 to 18 lockers), with 5 to 6 lockers in one collective chamber as one unit. -The panel duct attached to the back has a specially shaped groove, creating a system that allows air to be discharged evenly from each compartment of the locker. ・In order to keep the exhaust volume constant, an air volume regulator is installed on the top of the locker to make the exhaust volume of each locker the same. - The capacity of the exhaust fan will be set so that the air inside the locker can be ventilated at least 20 times per hour. ・The size of compatible lockers is 2.0m or less in height, 1.2m or less in width, and there are no restrictions on depth. Compatible with variations of 4 or less rows and 10 or less rows.

■What is panel duct?

This is a panel that is attached to the back of the locker and has exhaust grooves to evenly exhaust the air inside each compartment.

■This is different

・Since the odor inside the locker is directly exhausted, there is less odor leakage into the room. ・Equipment construction costs, maintenance costs, and running costs are much lower than ion deodorization equipment, etc. ・Maintenance cost 0 yen ・Running cost: Exhaust fan electricity bill only ・Since no air fresheners or deodorants are used, there is no unpleasant mixed odor. -The thickness of the panel duct is about 17mm, so the interior space remains almost the same. ・Can be installed with both new and existing lockers (installation may not be possible depending on the building structure of the installation location)

■Details

・Air enters through the gap in the locker door, passes through the air volume regulator, and is exhausted outside by the exhaust fan. ・Since suction is taken from the entire surface of the locker, the air in the entire living room is exhausted evenly at the same time. ・The odor inside the locker is exhausted 24 hours a day, so odor will not leak into the room except when the door is opened or closed.
