■Applications

Hiresta-UX is a measuring instrument that measures resistivity, which is one of the evaluation criteria for materials. Measuring the surface resistivity and volume resistivity of various high-resistance materials is useful for production technology, quality control, and research and development. Easily and accurately measure the surface resistivity and volume resistivity of cutting-edge materials for research and development of antistatic materials, quality control on production lines, or cutting-edge materials. This device uses a measurement method that complies with JIS K6911, and can measure a wide range of materials such as plastics, films, and paints using various probes. In order to stably measure materials with high resistance of 10^6Ω or more, measurement using a double ring is optimal. Our probes employ dual ring electrodes.

Antistatic materials, building materials, flooring materials, various papers, packaging materials, paints, fibers, concrete, ceramics, resins, films, etc.

■Features

Highly accurate measurement of surface resistivity and volume resistivity in high resistance areas when and where needed ・Measurement range expanded to 10^3 to 10^14Ω compared to Hiresta UP (10^4 to 10^13) ・29 types of applied voltage from 1 to 1,000V. Furthermore, the automatic sweep function of the applied voltage makes it possible to measure the voltage characteristics of resistance values. ・The function of a switch box (an optional item required when measuring volume resistivity) is built into the main unit. ・Volume-to-volume ratio measurement is possible just by connecting the cash register table. ・Probes for conventional Hiresta UP can be used. ・Can output 2,000 measurement results to USB memory
