■Applications
Loresta-GXII is a measuring instrument that measures resistivity, which is one of the evaluation criteria for materials. With the development of science and technology, there is a growing need for materials to be managed quickly and easily in the fields of research and development, production technology, and quality control. Among these, resistivity (surface, volume, conductivity) is an indicator that indicates the state and properties of a material.
Loresta-GXII is a device that can easily and accurately measure this resistivity using a correction coefficient.
This device uses a measurement method that complies with JIS K 7194, and can measure a wide range of materials such as conductive plastics, ITO thin films, and silicon wafers using various probes. Unlike the conventional 4-terminal method, there is no need to prepare electrodes for the measurement target, and resistivity can be measured with one touch by using various 4-probe probes provided by our company.

Conductive plastics, electromagnetic shielding materials, silicon wafers, conductive rubber, conductive paints, pastes, inks, metal thin films, ITO glass, films, etc.
■Features
Surface resistivity, volume resistivity (specific resistance), and conductivity in low-resistance regions can be measured with high precision when and where needed.
・Measurement range expanded to 10^-4 to 10^7Ω compared to Loresta GP (10^-3 to 10^7)
・Silicon wafer measurement is possible by changing the direction of the current
・Constant current variable function (sample measurement using minute current possible)
・Can output 2,000 measurement results to USB memory
・Improved operability by adopting a touch panel
