About This Product
■What is Hug Tower?
Hug Tower is a resin guard material that protects pillars in factories and warehouses from impact from forklifts. Does not require fixing to the floor or pillar. Compact and flexible, it fits tightly against columns and does not obstruct vehicle paths or work areas.
Features an anti-collision cap and is suitable for handling areas of trucks and forklifts of different capacities. The hug tower is manufactured from PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which means it won't break and will last up to 5 times longer than metal. Also, compared to PE or PP products, PVC products have better heat resistance.
Because it is colored from raw materials, scratches are less noticeable and the product maintains its beautiful appearance.
■Features
-Easy to install: You can connect the guard parts without tools and install it closely surrounding the pillar. Easy to use as no anchor bolts are required
- Longer lifespan than metal guards: Due to the special structure that absorbs shock and maintains its original shape, it can be used for about 5 times longer than metal guards.
・Minimum impact on operations: Shocks to forklifts are also absorbed, allowing operations to continue without worrying about damage.
- Appearance can be maintained by simply wiping and cleaning: No gold plating is used, so there is no need to worry about it peeling off.
