About This Product
■What is Life Power?
An emulsion type cleaning agent that is effective for clogging anilox rolls caused by flexo ink and anti-slip agents (varnish). This innovative product has excellent cleaning power for firmly adhered resins and inks that are difficult to remove with water-based cleaning agents.
It has already been used in major factories and is particularly effective for cleaning clogs in anilox (ceramic and chrome-plated) rolls. Furthermore, the print finish after washing is also impressive. *When cleaning printing plates (resin plates), do not use the undiluted solution, but dilute it 3 to 5 times with water before use.

■Advantages of circulation type
- Can be cleaned even during work (when the anilox is stopped).
- Rubber and rollers (roller cut method) can also be cleaned at the same time.
・Can also remove ink and other lumps stuck to the inside of the ink tube (pipe).
Circulating cleaning can remove ink particles stuck to the inside of the rubber rollers and ink tubes. In addition, it can be used repeatedly by removing floating matter with a draining net or filter.
How to use
■ Against clogging of anilox rolls due to flexo ink and anti-slip agents (varnish)
・When anilox or rolls are clogged with ink or anti-slip agent (varnish), use the undiluted solution.
・While the machine is stopped or working, put approximately 9 liters of ink into an ink container and let it circulate in an idling state for about 1 to 2 hours when the anilox or roller is not in use.
■Cleaning of printing (resin plate)
- For automatic cleaning or hand washing, dilute the product 3 to 5 times (with water), spray with an atomizer (spray type), and then rinse with automatic cleaning or a brush.
