About This Product

■What is anilox roll?

An ink transfer roll used in a flexo printing machine, whose role is to measure and supply an accurate amount of ink from the ink picked up by the fountain roll from the ink pan or from the ink sent into the chamber by the pump to the printing plate. will be fulfilled. Additionally, the surface of the anilox roll is covered with small cells engraved by laser or machine. The cells are all evenly spaced and have the same depth and shape. Cells are defined by the number of cells per inch, depth, and volume (capacity), and may be expressed as ``fine'' or ``coarse'' depending on the number of cells. Anilox rolls are a key feature that distinguishes flexo printing from other printing methods, allowing for homogeneous and controllable ink transfer regardless of printing speed.

■What is clogging?

Clogging in flexo printing refers to a phenomenon that occurs when ink sticks to the cells of an anilox roll. The cause of clogging may be insufficient cleaning. It is important to clean the paper using a cleaning agent as soon as possible after printing.

■Product features

- Removes clogging from anilox rolls. - Can easily remove various stains stuck to anilox cells such as water-based flexographic ink, solvent-based ink, and UV varnish in a short time. ・It is a neutral detergent that will not corrode or damage the roll core material, so you can use it with confidence.

■Caution

・A cleaning solution exclusively for anilox rolls. - Cannot be used on resin plates or resin products. -Cannot be used on chambers or rubber rollers.

■How to use

- Move the chamber away from the anilox roll. - Spray directly onto the dirty areas of the anilox roll. ・Spray this detergent onto a melanin sponge several times to dampen it. - Rub the dirty area with a sponge while vibrating finely. ・If dirt comes to the surface, wipe it off with a cloth. - Wipe off any remaining cleaning agent liquid components with a rag dampened with water. - Rinse and clean the anilox by circulating water in the chamber. ・Completely wipe away moisture from the anilox surface with a dry rag.
