About This Product

■We sell various base materials for printing on plastic cards.

・Overlay (oversheet): A plastic film that is heat-pressed onto the core sheet to protect the printed surface of the plastic card. ・Core sheet: A plastic sheet made of polyvinyl chloride, etc., which is used to create plastic cards through printing, punching, and other processing.

■ Overlay with adhesive

Depending on the printing design, it may be necessary to apply adhesive to ensure sufficient adhesion strength when bonding the overlay and core sheet together by thermocompression. The overlays we sell are coated with high-quality water-based adhesive, so you can skip the gluing process. The adhesion with the core sheet is extremely strong, and the peel strength far exceeds JIS standards. In addition to offset printing, we also have products coated with adhesives that are compatible with various digital printing inks.
