About This Product

■What is RSP?

The RSP inline system is a technology that simultaneously finishes these post-processing processes during the printing process, and more than 5,000 systems are in operation. The RSP system processes the paper as it passes between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder, allowing the machine to run at speeds of up to 18,000 sheets per hour, similar to printing. In the RSP inline system, a resin plate called a base plate is attached to the blanket body. The base plate serves as a base for attaching the blade materials used for processing. A stainless steel impression cylinder protection jacket is attached to the impression cylinder to prevent it from being scratched.

- Easy and relatively low cost, you can use your existing printing machine as a post-processing machine. - Creasing, cutting, and perforation can be performed in a short time without increasing the number of operators. ・No special machinery is required, and there is no need to modify the printing machine itself. -Easy to install on the machine. Once you are familiar with it, it can be installed in about 15 to 20 minutes. ・Easy to handle. No specialized knowledge is required to operate the punching machine. ・Delivery times can be shortened by reducing outsourcing processing costs and rationalizing travel time and inventory time. ・Product range expands with RSP inline system. There are a wide range of processing options, and a variety of uses are being developed, including direct mail (reply postcards), advertising coupons, and cosmetic labels.
