■What is RSP?
The RSP inline system is a technology that simultaneously finishes these post-processing processes during the printing process, and more than 5,000 systems are in operation. The RSP system processes the paper as it passes between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder, allowing the machine to run at speeds of up to 18,000 sheets per hour, similar to printing.
In the RSP inline system, a resin plate called a base plate is attached to the blanket body. The base plate serves as a base for attaching the blade materials used for processing. A stainless steel impression cylinder protection jacket is attached to the impression cylinder to prevent it from being scratched.
