■What is the Cito Lock Fix System?
This system consists of a magnet and a nut, and the magnet with strong magnetic force firmly fixes the cutting die to the chase.
■Main features and benefits
- Utilization of magnets: By using a strong magnet, the cutting die is firmly fixed to the chase. Fixing using magnetic force is faster and requires less effort than traditional bolting.
・Operation with hex wrench: You can easily install and remove the cutting die using a hex wrench.
・Significant reduction in time: The time required to set the cutting die is significantly reduced, improving work efficiency.
■Features
・Two types of magnets and nuts are available: 33 mm and 50 mm in diameter.
・The order lot is 4 pieces of each size for magnets and 250 pieces of each size for nuts.
・Compatible with 15mm and 18mm veneers
・Compatible with all punching machines
・Prevents bending of the cutting die that occurs during the punching process
・DXF data necessary for installing nuts is also available.
■How to use
Insert the plastic nut into the cutting die. Insert the magnet into the nut, tighten it with a hex wrench, and attach the magnet to the bottom plate of the chase. When removing it, you can easily loosen it with a hex wrench.
■User's voice
・It used to take time to fix the cutting die with bolts, but it is convenient because it can be easily fixed with a hex wrench.
・It is helpful because I am freed from having to sit or squat to attach the cutting die.
