About This Product

■What is a strip clip?

This is a castoring system that cleans waste inline (inside the punching machine). Only the Kastri type can be attached to the machine. The Kastri die is manufactured by the die manufacturer and delivered to the user. There are no parts to attach other than the Kastri mold, minimizing machine downtime. Incorporating the advantages of the conventional upper pin lower pin system, it is even more reliable. Using an extrusion fork on the upper mold, make a hole in the lower mold and attach a special clip. Although the traditional lower pin is no longer required, a special clip replaces the lower pin, and the benefits of the traditional upper pin lower pin system are still incorporated. In other words, by pinching the debris with the fork and clip and forcing it down, you can achieve a high degree of certainty.

■Features

・Reliably removes debris from the inner and outer areas using the strip clip and strip fork. ・The first two-element Kastri system devised and developed by a cutting die maker. ・The strip fork is installed in the upper Kastri mold and the strip clip is installed in the lower Kastri mold. - Compatible with both paperboard and cardboard. ・For production, all you need is a laser processing machine for cutting dies.
