About This Product

■High quality cutting rubber certified by ISEGA

"Sitoject F" is a high quality closed cell type punching rubber developed specifically for punching applications. Since it has obtained ISEGA certification (certification for food contact), it can be used with confidence in food-related packaging.

■High-quality cutting die rubber increases productivity

・Drying time after water jet processing is almost zero ・No paper powder adsorption ・Less variation in hardness (tolerance: +0/-5 Shore hardness A) ・The extraction pressure can be set up to 30% lower than general-purpose products. ・Reducing the burden on the sample cutter blade (Note: Laser cutting is not possible) ・Compatible with the latest cutting machines with high speed operation due to high pop-out performance - Resistant to ultraviolet rays, slows deterioration and discoloration ・Easy to use as it is color-coded by hardness

■ISEGA certified products

This is a certification system run by ISEGA, which analyzes and certifies food contact substances. Tests and analyzes are conducted in accordance with laws and standards related to the food field, and products that pass certain standards are given a certificate certifying their safety for food contact. "Cytoject F" is a rubber for cutting dies that has obtained ISEGA certification and can be used with confidence in the production of paper food containers.

■Sito Easy Fix (type with glue) is also available.

The original adhesive tape ``Sito Easy Fix'' has been tested in field tests to ensure that it does not shift even when 400,000 to 500,000 sheets are passed through. Also, even if you remove it to replace the rubber or blade, it will not damage the surface of the cutting die, so there is no need to worry about changing the height of the veneer. ``Sito Easy Fix'' is an adhesive material that does not contain the solvents used in liquid adhesives and is gentle on the human body and the environment.
