About This Product

■The height at which the seat is pushed up changes depending on the up and down direction of the seat lift.

- Prevents getting caught in the sheet's dust hole. - Prevents the sheet from sticking to the mold when removing debris. -Easy installation, no tools required. Compatible with paperboard, cardboard, and cardboard.

■How to install Seat Lift 3D

・Simply laser cut into the lower mold. ・Insert the seat lift 3D. ・Attach a hard sponge to the top of the Kastri.

■Seat lift 3D arrangement example

There is no need to manually build a jump platform or increase the size of the jumpsuit to prevent the seat from getting caught. When removing scraps, the sheet lift is pressed by the sponge of the upper mold and sinks to a position lower than the mold surface. After removing the scraps, the sheet lift returns to its original position because the sponge is no longer held down, and the sheet is then conveyed to the next process by the gripper without coming into contact with the scrap lower mold.
