About This Product

■What is Citeau triangular cork?

For preventing paper surface cracks. A punching cork used for sewing machine blades or lead creases.

■Features

- Cracks may occur on the paper surface due to processes such as sewing machine blades that involve continuous cuts and uncuts, or processes that involve continuous cuts and creasing such as lead creases. The triangular cork holds the paper in place and prevents the surface from cracking. It is an excellent product that does not leave marks on the paper even when pressed firmly. ・Hardness: 65 Shore Hardness (Hardness may vary slightly) ・When used in conjunction with a lead liner, we recommend that the tip cut to approximately 2 mm width faces upwards, and in the case of a sewing machine blade, the pointed tip faces upwards. ・Can be purchased in units of 100 pieces at a case price.

■Please

The length when delivered is approximately 700mm. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be cork hangs on both ends, so please cut off the hangnails before using.
