■“Pre-balance sheet” that eliminates unevenness on the flat table

"Unevenness removal work" involves adjusting the application of unevenness tape on the punching machine itself, and the more impositions there are, the more time and effort it takes. 80% of this work to remove unevenness is just adjusting the unbalanced release pressure of the punching machine. Therefore, we recommend a "pre-balance sheet". The idea behind this pre-balance sheet is to accurately correct the punching machine's release pressure balance from the ground up. This product was thought to be able to significantly shorten the machining time for new cutting dies and increase profits.

■What is a pre-balance sheet?

[Japanese patent acquired, international patent applied for] Improved pressure balance of flat plate punching machine. Reduces unevenness tape correction every time. It has become a hot topic as it has been recognized for its ability to significantly reduce the amount of time required for labor. This is a unique technology that adjusts the balance that occurs in the press section of a punching machine, which is different from the conventional method of applying tape to the cutting edge that cannot be cut.

■Advantages after introducing pre-balance sheet

・Less paper dust ・Good cost performance ・Extends the life of the cutting die ・You can also use old protective plates and unevenness removal paper. When performing balance correction during maintenance of the punching machine itself, conventional unevenness removal paper can no longer be used. A special protection plate is created for the pre-balance sheet, so by replacing the conventional protection plate, you can use the existing unevenness removal paper.

■Pre-balance sheet overview

・The pre-balance sheet consists of 10 layers of ultra-hard PPS film with a thickness of 20 microns. ・Make half cuts using a 50mm pitch cutting die. ・One piece can be cut in areas where the extraction pressure is weak, and multiple pieces can be cut in areas where the extraction pressure is strong. ・By peeling off all the torn pre-balance sheets, the foundation for adjusting the release pressure is created. ・When using a pre-balance sheet: Since the surface is balanced, the correction with unevenness tape is greatly reduced.
