■Groove tape exclusively for reverse ruled lines
This grooved tape specifically for reverse ruled lines eliminates 45° reverse folded lines and reverse folding defects in cardboard. Unique locator (guide) structure allows for accurate positioning. The quality of the ruled line is comparable to that of regular folded lines.
■How to use Sitoplast reverse ruled line
・Use one piece of tape for two ruled blades.
- Insert the tape between the ruled blades and peel off the release paper.
・After transferring to the face plate, peel off the locator (guide part).
■Size selection of reverse ruled tape
・Determine the appropriate distance between ruled lines from the ruled line width and paper thickness. (Paperboard: distance between ruled lines = paper thickness x 1.5 + ruled line width, cardboard: distance between ruled lines = paper thickness x 2.0 + ruled line width)
・Choose a reverse ruled tape that matches the distance between the ruled lines. (We have tapes that are compatible with the distance between ruled lines from 0.8mm to 6.0mm.)
・Determine the height of the crease blade from the thickness of the reverse crease tape. (Height of ruled edge = height of cutting edge - (paper thickness + height of tape body)) *Height of tape body: 0.3mm or 0.7mm
