About This Product

■Achieving high-quality creases that remain the same from the first sheet to the last.

The body of the Shito Ultimate has a two-layer structure made of resin extrusion, combining a stable hard material with an elastic surface layer. The elastic top layer compresses slightly due to the release pressure, causing the sheet to spring out of the groove after scoring. This pop-out effect reduces wear on the inner corners of the grooves. Changes in groove width and groove depth over time are extremely small, and even if the number of punches increases, the groove width will not widen as seen with other companies' tapes. We offer a wide variety of sizes for thin paper, cardboard, and interleaf paper.

■Features of Shito Ultimate

・Excellent durability: Over 500,000 sheets. (The manufacturer's field tests have confirmed stable bent line quality with no change.) - Widely applicable: female molds for storage, thin paper, cardboard, interleaf paper. Furthermore, it has achieved exquisite hardness and can be applied to high-speed rotating machines. ・Eliminates the level difference between the tape and the face plate: After the face plate is transferred, there is no level difference between the Shito tape body and the face plate. ・High-quality folds: Achieved by a two-layer structure made by resin extrusion molding. (elastic top layer, stable material bottom layer) ・High centering accuracy: The highly precise construction of the face plate transfer locator prevents the cutting die's streak blade from shifting from the center of the groove, preventing single folding of both paperboard and cardboard. ・ISEGA certified: Can be used with confidence in food packaging manufacturing.
