About This Product

Hydrogen concentration meter HGS-40 is a device that measures hydrogen gas concentration (0 to 40,000ppm) in the air. A handy measuring device that runs on two AA batteries. This is a measuring device that allows users of commercially available hydrogen gas inhalers to easily check the hydrogen gas concentration. Hydrogen is tasteless, odorless, and colorless, and there is no way to detect it with the human senses. This measuring device allows you to utilize the hydrogen inhalation effect more safely by measuring the hydrogen gas concentration of the hydrogen inhaler with high resolution.

■Relationship between dissolved hydrogen in hydrogen water and concentration in the gas phase

A plastic bottle containing hydrogen water is separated into hydrogen water and a gas phase (air + hydrogen). Hydrogen water is a state in which a small amount of hydrogen gas is dissolved in water, but the maximum amount of hydrogen gas that can dissolve in water is determined by temperature and pressure. Hydrogen that cannot be completely dissolved in water escapes into the gas phase, so the presence of hydrogen in hydrogen water can be confirmed by measuring the hydrogen concentration in the gas phase.
