The raw material, powder or granules, is passed through a powerful magnetic bar unit to remove metal particles.
・The magnet used is 1,200mT (12,000 Gauss) and is made of SUS316.
・The magnet unit consists of 4 upper magnetic bars and 3 lower magnetic bars, and the raw material comes into contact with either the upper or lower magnetic bars.
- Can be adjusted according to the height of the collection can used.
・Specifications can be changed according to the equipment connected to the previous process. (sieve machine, conveyor, etc.)
