■Product overview
The KT2 series metal detector can be attached to the discharge section of a tablet press or tablet inspection machine, detecting metal pieces with high precision and alerting you to abnormalities. It has a function to remove the detected object when it detects an abnormality.
Features
■Considering PL law
The operation method is simple, and the presence or absence of detection can be determined using the LCD monitor and buzzer.
■Sensor head tailored to your application
There are two types: KT2-20 type, which can detect with high accuracy, and KT2-50 type, which can detect a wide range.
■Equipped with history function
The history of metal detection and removal can be recorded and checked on the monitor.
■Considering head difference
It has a small head difference and can be directly connected to a tablet powder removal machine. (Up to receiver height H300)
■Automatic discharge function
Equipped with an automatic ejection function when a defect is detected. Ejection conditions can be set on the touch panel. (Using exhaust air)
■Washing/cleaning
The metal detection resin head can be removed and washed. It is also equipped with a preliminary dust collection port even after passing through the metal sensor head.
