The KT series metal detector can be installed on the discharge section of a tablet press and detects metal pieces with high accuracy. Accurately detects not only the area around the tablet but also metal powder contained inside the tablet and notifies you of any abnormalities.

There is a KT-20 type that can detect with high precision, and KT-30 and KT-50 types that can detect a wide range.

The KT series has a control output, so it can be connected to a tablet press. In other words, it is possible to stop listening when an alarm occurs.
■Compact design with an emphasis on functionality
Simply install the tablet container and position it so that the sensor head is at the end of the chute of the tablet press or the end of the tablet extractor. It also comes with casters, so it is easy to move.
