It has the functions necessary to test (prototype) various coatings such as tablets. Air blowing (with heater), exhaust air, and coating liquid spraying are possible, and temperature and temperature changes can be collected as data. It is a versatile machine that combines the functions of a general-purpose machine and an automatic machine.
Features
■Independent system of coating section, air supply/exhaust, and pump unit
The coating section consists of a sugar coating pan, a spray nozzle, and a ventilation hose attachment section. The control unit consists of a control system, hot air heater, exhaust fan, and pump unit. The blower uses a highly versatile spot cooler (with dehumidification function).
■Replaceable sugar-coated bread
The sugar-coated bread is replaceable and can be easily removed. In addition to round and octagonal shapes, there are glossy pans, and the baffle can be removed.
■Control unit
Manual operation with manual operation. Pan rotation speed, rotation method (continuous/intermittent), operating time, heater temperature setting, ventilation time, and pump liquid volume adjustment can be controlled individually. It also displays temperature changes inside the pan using a high-precision temperature sensor.
■Coating procedure setting by program
It is possible to set the coating procedure step by step. It is also possible to pause for confirmation after each batch.
■Parameter settings
You can perform display value calibration (temperature, pan rotation speed, liquid volume display), heater capacity selection, etc.
