■Sun-S spring

With a rich lineup of 919 types of compression springs, 424 types of tension springs, 104 types of one-size-fits-all tension springs, and 270 types of torsion springs, we are always in stock and ready to deliver springs with stable performance in small quantities.

■Torsion spring

Wire diameter: 0.3~2.0mm Inner diameter: 3~14mm. STA series (winding angle 90°): 90 types STB series (winding angle 180°): 90 types STC series (winding angle 90°): 90 types

■What is a deformed wire spring?

An irregular wire spring is a spring in which the cross section of the wire used for the spring is not circular, but has an irregular shape such as a square or rectangle. By making the wire shape into a square wire, it has superior load capacity (stronger) than general round wire springs, and can also have a longer lifespan. It is also possible to make the size of the spring more compact.

■Strengthening

The torsional torque is greater than that of a round wire spring of the same volume, and more elastic energy can be stored, making the spring stronger.

■Compact and lightweight

It has a higher degree of freedom than a round wire spring with the same torque, and the outer diameter of the coil is smaller, so the volume of the spring can be reduced, making it possible to make the spring more compact and lightweight.
