About This Product

■High performance transfer DTF printer 400mm width output Birdland clothing printer DTF-400XP compact all-in-one printer

It is a compact integrated type with just the right size of 400 width. This model greatly reduces ink clogging problems. 300 width cannot print slightly larger designs, but this one can print up to a maximum width of 380mm.

■Product contents

Images and photos designed on a computer can be printed on PET film in roll form or film sheet, and then transferred to a transfer film by passing it through a powder vapor deposition heater. The product is completed by pressing the finished film onto the material using a heat press machine.

■Details

Equipped with two latest Epson print heads. The amount of white ink ejected is very good, making it possible to print firmly and clearly even on black materials and polyester. Powder deposition is strong and prints are transferred well. It stays on your clothes for a long time even after washing. It firmly adheres to cotton, poly, leather, silk, denim, and canvas, expanding the range of your creations. No cutting machine is required; just cut around the print with scissors and press to ensure the ink is transferred firmly. A finishing machine is an automatically operated machine that sprinkles powder onto the printed PET film, heats it with a heater, and after vapor deposition cools the film to complete the transfer film. Five color inks are used: magenta, cyan, yellow, black, and white. Transfer printing can be performed on T-shirts, hoodies, denim, leather, etc. Equipped with a complete white ink circulation system for stable output for long periods of time. We propose that there are no maintenance costs after installation. There is no need for maintenance costs, which have been a problem up until now, and you can easily perform maintenance yourself and use it for a long time. Annual maintenance can also be negotiated separately. The actual machine is installed in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and you can tour it and test print.

■We can provide long-term support for ink supply and parts supply and repairs in the event of a problem.

Free repair warranty is 1 year. Printer head and actual transportation expenses are not covered. Separate maintenance and maintenance packs (1-year contract plan 180,000 yen) are also available. We provide separate estimates for Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Okinawa regions.We will continue to support parts supply, remote support, spot repairs, maintenance, etc. for 1 year and beyond.
