About This Product

■Summary

PN-XERO is an energy usage optimization system that supports energy conservation through "automatic control" as well as monitoring and data analysis. By adding measured temperature conditions to the control conditions, which many existing demand controllers do not have, this is a BEMS (Building Energy Management System) that can maintain the environment while saving even more energy in demand + power consumption.

■Monitor and notify of abnormalities

Real-time monitoring at 1-minute intervals, abnormality alert email to specified destinations, remote management at the management center

■Supports recording and improvement of energy conservation laws

Electricity bill CO2 conversion, energy usage records, integrated management at headquarters

■Measurement temperature conditions

The set temperature is set at a temperature that is considered comfortable for people at their height, and by setting the conditions, it prevents the temperature from becoming too cold or too warm, and reduces electricity/gas usage.

■PN-XERO system configuration

It efficiently controls air conditioning, lighting, and refrigeration equipment to achieve optimal energy savings, while recording the operating status and energy usage status on a server via the web every minute. In addition, by visualizing the accumulated data, BEMS can further reduce energy consumption by reviewing equipment operations, including those not subject to control, and improving energy conservation awareness.

■Customers eligible for PN-XERO

Large-scale facilities such as supermarkets, drug stores, amusement facilities, mass retailers, schools, factories, office buildings, etc. ・Approximate number of air conditioners: 8 or more outdoor air conditioner units ・Estimated area: Floor area of ​​600m² or more ・Estimated electricity bill: Approximately 800,000 yen or more per month ・Estimated electricity consumption: Approximately 25,000kWh or more per month

■Temperature feedback control (excessive operation suppression control)

If it is determined to be excessive based on the measured temperature data from 1 minute ago and the predicted temperature 3 minutes later, it will control the air conditioner with the difference in capacity from the target temperature. The order of control is determined randomly based on the measured temperature and operating time.

■Demand control (demand target power value maintenance control)

In parallel with temperature feedback control, in order to maintain the power value below the target power value (target demand value), predictive control is performed by calculating the capacity to converge the demand value to below the target value within the 30-minute demand time period.
