■Model machine overview
The degree of reaction of reagents and solutions is estimated by light. This device measures the difference in concentration between a standard solution and a measurement solution as absorbance, and displays the results.

The model machine uses blue (405nm), which is often used in medical reagents, as target wavelength 1, and red (630nm) as wavelength 2.
■Stand-alone type 2-light path 2-wavelength comparison spectrophotometer
In order to detect reactions of reagents and solutions, it is composed of two LED colors with characteristic wavelengths. For accurate measurements, the reference liquid and measurement liquid in the side light system are separated into two systems, and the measurement beam is also combined into one optical path on the same axis using a dichroic mirror. A highly accurate spectrophotometer has been realized with two independent optical paths and a two-wavelength LED configuration.
