Manual lamination device

■Small and inexpensive manual lamination device

It has been significantly improved over the previous model, and the lamination speed is faster. ・This device is a device that alternately stacks positive electrodes, negative electrodes, and separators with high precision in the lithium-ion battery stacking process. ・In the lamination process, the positive and negative electrodes set in the stocker and the separator supplied by roll are alternately supplied and laminated. ・Small size (W1,200mm x D550mm x H650mm) ・Lightweight (approx. 80kg), so it can be installed anywhere. ・The laminated part holder is equipped with a mechanism that constantly holds down the top surface of the laminated body to prevent the laminated body from shifting. ・Special jigs are prepared for each size to remove the laminate. The special jig has a space for applying tape immediately after removal, making it easy to apply tape. ・Plate dimensions can range from a minimum of 50mmX50mm to a maximum of 150mmX150mm. ・When removing the separator, it will automatically pull it out to the set length and wait.
