■There are two types: 3 head type and 4 head type. Introducing prototype equipment for power storage devices

The "automatic stacking device" is a device that cuts the positive and negative electrodes set in the stocker and the separators supplied on rolls to any desired length, and automatically stacks them alternately and accurately into any desired number of layers. There are two types, 3-head type and 4-head type, depending on the sealing method of the separator. The "3-head type" alternately stacks separator + negative electrode + separator + positive electrode + separator, and finally spot-welds the ends of the separator. The "4-head type" is a method in which the positive electrode is first sandwiched between upper and lower separators, the separator is heat-sealed into a bag shape, and the negative electrode is laminated on top.
