About This Product

■Roll-to-roll slitter

This machine accurately slits thin foils such as aluminum foil and copper foil coated with active materials, as well as other metal foils.

■Features

- Comes with an unwinding/winding mechanism, which allows hoop material to be slit and rolled up. - As a safety measure, the drive section, slit section, and nip section are all protected with a transparent cover. ・The load capacity of the unwinding device is 30kg. ・The unwinding tension control uses an air friction mechanism. ・Maximum winding diameter is Φ300 ・The winding device is a 2-axis fixed cantilever type. ・Maximum winding diameter Φ300 ・Installation of a workpiece remaining amount sensor at the unwinding section (measures against idling due to low workpiece remaining amount)
