■Features

The Kushitaro is a machine that has a structure with multiple uneven rolls arranged on the top and bottom, and it sorts the bags by adjusting the pressing force depending on the hardness of the item. Until now, when powdered raw materials packed in bags solidify due to reasons such as stacking on a pallet or being stored for a long period of time, or when breaking frozen materials, it was generally done manually by hitting the bags with a stick, etc. They tried to break the contents of the bag by hitting it on the floor. However, this can cause not only the contents to tear, but also the bag itself, and above all, it takes time and effort. On the other hand, if you use the crusher Taro manufactured by our company, you can loosen just the contents without tearing the bag, and even bags with uneven contents can be made into uniform bags with uniform thickness. It can also be used to organize bags containing soft items. Of course, compared to manual labor, it takes less effort and time.
