Poleha is an innovative freshness-preserving sheet for high-quality fruits and fresh foods that was developed in collaboration with the Tohoku University Future Science and Technology Joint Research Center using high-performance polyphenols made from natural materials and natural carbohydrate trose. is. By fixing polyphenols collected from precious natural high-grade grape seeds to a non-woven fabric based on domestically produced Japanese paper, we are able to maintain the freshness of fresh foods with a high antioxidant effect (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2012-1268). At the ``Case Study Seminar on Freshness Preservation Technology for Fresh Foods'' sponsored by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), this product received attention as it received high praise from the industry for packaging materials, cooling water, and refrigeration equipment. It is effective in preserving the freshness of premium cuts of beef (especially sirloin, fillet, etc.). It is also used to maintain the freshness of tuna and high-quality fruits.
