■Product overview
The electrolyzed water (electrolyzed hypochlorous acid water) produced by Hijokin II is slightly acidic (pH 5.0 to pH 6.5), almost neutral, and has an effective chlorine concentration of 10 to 80 ppm (as specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for disinfection fees). This is sterilized water. Hijokin II is a very hygienic electrolyzed water generator that automatically generates electrolyzed water (electrolyzed hypochlorous acid water) just by waving your hand over it, and stops after a certain period of time. It is used to prevent food poisoning and infection.
