■Optimizing combustion conditions

Ship fuel costs often account for up to 40% of the overall cost. Therefore, how to achieve efficient combustion is the lifeblood of ship operation. This homogenizer was developed with a particular focus on homogenization when using heavy oil as fuel. The reality is that there is no other method that can deal with problems such as emulsion and sludge. This device is made of a combination of sealed electromagnetic coupling and high hardness material, making it suitable for use at high pressures and temperatures. ■Operating principle

The working principle of the homogenizer relies on mechanical shear force and ultrasound. They use special conical crushing gears that generate high hydrodynamic high-frequency power that generates shear, friction, and acceleration forces. Polymer asphalt, cat fines, residual water, etc. are homogenized up to 5 μm into the heavy oil.
