■Summary

V1SBHL has a built-in interpolator (multiplier). By using a sine wave output encoder, the A and B phases can be multiplied to enable ultra-precise positioning. In addition, there is a sliding/fine movement operation mode, and by changing the encoder multiplication rate, you can switch to "fine movement mode" when high-resolution positioning is required, and to "grass movement mode" when moving at high speed. Masu. Nanometer control is possible without using a piezo. Additionally, since there is no hysteresis peculiar to piezos, orbit control is also possible. This board does not include a power amplifier, so you will need to prepare one separately. Our recommendation is [LA220 (for DC motor)]. By using it in combination with a high-precision motor and high-resolution encoder, ultra-precise positioning in nanometer units is possible. V1SBHL is a control board ideal for ultra-precision positioning.

■Features

- Since there is no accumulation in the normal deviation counter, the command pulse and encoder pulse (tracking) match, and there is no phase shift delay between the command pattern and the tracking pattern. (Phase-LockedLoop) - Correlation between two-axis drivers can be traced accurately. - Demonstrates quick response even to minute feeds. ・Very fast response due to no sampling control. ・The multiplier is operated by CPLD without using CPU. Very small delay time (500nS) and fast response. ・High-speed movement is possible by employing traction and fine movement.

■Applications

Ultra-precision voice coil type linear motor, XY stage, etc. It is especially suitable for high-speed positioning with minute feeds (several mSec), positioning of linear motors using a 0.8μm high-resolution sine wave output linear scale, and ultra-precision machines that synchronize position and speed. (A power amplifier is not included, so please use a linear amplifier suitable for the motor.)
