About This Product

■Summary PMCE6012, PMCE6024, PMCE6048 servo drivers are developed for AGVs using battery power. The copper foil thickness of the board is 210μm, allowing a rated current of 50Arms to flow. (Maximum current 84.6A/3Sec) When performing position control or speed control, it operates with pulse train input, but torque control or speed control can also be performed by inputting analog voltage. Additionally, position and speed control is possible via USB communication. The power supply is +12V for PMCE6012, +24V for PMCE6024, and +48V for PMCE6048. (The current value is determined by the maximum output current used.) The power supply voltage range is +9 to +18V DC for PMCE6012, +18V to +36V DC for PMCE6024, and +36 to +60V DC for PMCE6048. Features ■Low price By adopting a software servo, we have achieved versatility and achieved a low price. ■Small and lightweight - Adopts copper foil thickness of 210μm to achieve rated current of 50Arms. - Eliminates electrolytic capacitors for smooth power supply and uses ceramic capacitors to reduce weight, and uses PMCE series control board for control section to reduce size. ■Power supply Please input the power supply voltage (single power supply) according to the motor drive voltage. ■High-speed, high-precision positioning The high speed is 10MPPSmax (at 4 times the encoder), so it can be used with high-resolution encoders. ■Photo isolation All interface sections other than the encoder branch output are photo-isolated. ■2ch analog monitor output (standard) 0 to ±5V Monitor contents: Current speed/position deviation/speed command/torque command ■Others ・Positioning is possible via communication (USB). Additionally, you can set the movement point in advance and perform positioning automatically. ・Using a Hall sensor for current detection, stable current control is now possible with large currents.
