About This Product

■Summary The PMCE series servo driver was developed to realize speed, torque (current), and positioning control at low cost. Commands can be pulse train input or analog input (torque control), but they can also be controlled using communication (USB). You can also select an absolute encoder (specified by the manufacturer) or an incremental encoder. Features ■Low price By adopting a software servo, we have achieved versatility and achieved a low price. ■Small and lightweight The PMCE series uses a single printed circuit board for the control and driver sections, making it smaller and lighter. ■Power supply Power supply voltage: PMCE2406 (for DC24V), PMCE4810 (for DC24V to DC48V) ■High-speed, high-precision positioning The high speed is 10MPPSmax (at 4 times the encoder), so it can be used with high-resolution encoders. ■Photo isolation It has a built-in power supply for the encoder, and all interface sections are photo-isolated. ■2ch analog monitor output (standard) + current monitor output 0 to +5V ・Monitor contents: Current speed/position error/speed command/torque command + U-phase, W-phase motor current waveform ・Positioning is possible using photo-isolated communication (USB). Additionally, you can set the movement point in advance and perform positioning automatically. - Adopts a shunt resistor for current detection, enabling more stable current control than the Hall sensor method when outputting a small current. - Can be used by switching between position control and current control (torque control) using external I/O.
