About This Product

■Summary

PMC112B is a low-cost driver that realizes speed, torque (current), and positioning control of a small DC servo motor with an encoder. Positioning control is possible with pulse train input. Speed ​​control and current control are possible with analog command input by selecting the control loop. In addition, PWM control is possible by inputting PWM waveforms to CW and CCW signals. The power supply requires ±12V (or ±15V) and +5V. The amplifier section uses a power operational amplifier. Compared to the conventional PMC112, the size is approximately 1/2, and the accuracy of operation has also been improved. It is compatible with each connector of the conventional PMC112, so even customers using previous products can easily migrate. The model name has been changed due to some parts changes. "PMC112A" ⇒ "PMC112B" There are no changes in function, size, etc., so when ordering from now on, please use PMC112B. Features

■Low price

Low cost has been achieved by using CPLD in the control circuit.

■Small and lightweight

Consists of one printed circuit board. (The area is approximately 1/2 that of the conventional PMC112)

■Fast response

Current response 10KHz or more (resistive load)

■High precision positioning

The high speed is 4MPPSmax, so it can be used with high resolution encoders.

■Photo isolation

All input interface sections are photo-isolated.

■Radiation noise reduction

Radiated noise has been reduced compared to previous models by adopting a 4-layer board, a linear amplifier, and an EMI filter for the clock section.

■Multi-function

Positioning control and speed control using pulse train input, current control and speed control using analog commands, torque control using PWM pulse input, etc. can be selected using jumpers.

■Applications

Various small robots, small XY tables, precision measuring instruments, precision positioning, etc.
