About This Product
■Summary
The LA series was developed as a power amplifier for driving ultra-precision voice coil type linear motors at high speed and for ultra-precision positioning. Power control uses a linear amplifier system, achieving noiseless, high-speed response, and linear current control, enabling ultra-precise positioning in nanometer units.
There are two types of built-in control power supplies: ``Option DCDC'' and ``Option ACDC.'' "Option DCDC" operates with a single 24V or 48V DC power supply. For "Option ACDC", input AC100V (AC200V) from the outside. ACDC power supplies have no switching noise, making them ideal for ultra-precision control.
Additionally, a current sensor without hysteresis can be selected as an option, making it ideal for several mA current control.
■Features
・The standard power supply requires a main power supply of 24V/48V DC and a control power supply of ±15V, but if the optional DCDC is attached, it can be operated with a single power supply of only 24V to 48V DC. In addition, when the newly released option ACDC is included, current control is possible with a waveform without switching noise.
- Differential capacitor and integral capacitor selection switches are installed in the current amplifier section to allow optimal adjustment according to the load.
-The current amplifier section and main circuit are analog calculation type, so they have high resolution and fast response.
・Since it uses a high-voltage, bidirectional current detection amplifier with fast response, stable current control and hysteresis-free current control are possible for small current control.
・Since it is high-speed, it can be used as a power amplifier section of a high-precision controller.
-No switching noise.
■Applications
Voice coil type linear motor, XY stage, galvano mirror, etc. It is especially suitable for high-speed positioning with minute feeds (several mSec), positioning of linear motors using a 0.01 μm high-resolution linear scale, and ultra-precision machines that synchronize position and speed.
