About This Product

■Summary

The VCM series has been developed and commercialized for voice coil motor drive. To achieve nanometer positioning, torque control (current control) must have linear characteristics, but the VCM series incorporates a current feedback control loop, so you can expect high-speed response. The frequency characteristics of the linear amplifier are DC to 20KHz when using a resistive load.

■Features

-Uses linear amplifier method for power control. ・No switching noise occurs. ・Responds linearly to minute feeds. -The current control section has very high-speed response because it does not perform sampling control.

■Applications

Voice coil motor, DC motor, etc. It is especially suitable for ultra-precision machines that use linear motor positioning and torque control using high-resolution linear scales in nanometer units.
