About This Product

■Summary The LPVSA series was developed as a servo driver that uses an ultra-precision voice coil linear motor for high-speed positioning and switches to torque control to control pressing force. For the position feedback signal, use a 2-phase encoder for A and B phases, and input a pulse train (or ±10V) to the position command input to perform ultra-high-speed positioning. After positioning is completed, switch to torque control, input ±10V from the torque command input, and control the pressing force with analog voltage. Also, since analog signals can be input for positioning, it is also possible to control high-speed operation of the voice coil motor using the sine wave of the oscillator. Power control uses a linear amplifier system, achieving noiseless, high-speed response, and linear torque control, enabling ultra-precise positioning in nanometer units. The frequency characteristics of the linear amplifier are DC to 20KHz when using a resistive load. The main circuit is a single-phase bridge configuration. ■Features - Circuits that require high-speed processing are processed using analog calculations, and in order to eliminate problems with high resolution and noise, the position feedback signal is input as a two-phase encoder signal of A and B phases. ・Positioning commands can be either ±10V analog signals or CW or CCW pulse trains. - Demonstrates quick response even to minute feeds. ・Very fast response due to no sampling control. - High speed of 10MPPSmax, so it can be used with high-resolution encoders. -No switching noise. ■Applications Voice coil type linear motors, bonding wires, scanners, galvano mirrors, etc.
