About This Product

■Summary

LPV120 was developed as a smaller version of the conventional product LPV220. The output power has been reduced to about half (rated 20W, maximum 40W) and the size has been reduced to about half. The position amplifier uses our unique control method (PLL circuit) to position the ultra-precision voice coil linear motor at high speed or to control the speed with high precision. Power control uses a linear amplifier method to achieve noiseless, high-speed response, and stepless torque control, making ultra-precise control in nanometer units possible. The frequency characteristics of the linear amplifier are DC to 20KHz when using a resistive load.

■Features

・There is no phase shift delay between the command pattern and the follow-up pattern. ・You can accurately trace the mutual relationship between two-axis drivers. - Demonstrates quick response even to minute feeds. ・Very fast response due to no sampling control. - High speed of 8MPPSmax, so it can be used with high-resolution encoders. -No switching noise.

■Applications

Voice coil type linear motor, XY stage, galvano mirror, etc. It is especially suitable for high-speed positioning with minute feeds (several mSec), positioning of linear motors using a high-resolution linear scale of 0.01 μm, and ultra-precision machines that synchronize position and speed.
