About This Product

■Summary

・The LPV series has been developed and commercialized using ultra-precision voice coil type linear motors for high-speed positioning. ・LPV220: In order to achieve ultra-high-speed positioning, the position amplifier uses our unique control method (PLL circuit). ・LPVS220: The position feedback signal uses a 2-phase encoder of A and B phases, and 16-bit data is input to the external command to perform ultra-high-speed positioning. Power control uses a linear amplifier system to achieve noiseless, high-speed response, and linear torque control, enabling ultra-precise positioning in nanometer units. ・The LPV series can be said to be the best driver for ultra-precise positioning in nanometer units. The frequency characteristics of the linear amplifier are DC to 20KHz when using a resistive load. The main circuit is a single-phase bridge configuration.

■Features

・LPV220: Normally there is no accumulation in the deviation counter, so the command pulse and encoder pulse (follow-up) match, and there is no phase shift delay between the command pattern and the follow-up pattern. (Phase-LockedLoop) Correlation between two-axis drivers can be accurately traced. ・LPVS220: Circuits that require high-speed processing are processed using analog calculations, and the position feedback signal is input as a two-phase encoder signal of A and B phases to eliminate noise problems. Positioning commands are also performed using 16-bit data to eliminate noise problems. - Demonstrates quick response even to minute feeds. ・Very fast response due to no sampling control. - High speed of 4MPPSmax, so it can be used with high-resolution encoders. -No switching noise.

■Applications

Voice coil type linear motor, XY stage, galvano mirror, etc. It is especially suitable for high-speed positioning with minute feeds (several mSec), linear motor positioning using a 0.01 μm high-resolution linear scale, and ultra-precision machines that synchronize position and speed.
