The basic functions and expandability of the B-EX series remain the same. Accurate positioning accuracy of ±0.3mm is suitable for medical and manufacturing sites where small label printing is required.
■High printing position accuracy with an error of ±0.3mm
It has a printing position accuracy of ±0.3mm in the transport direction, and also supports small labels with a length of 3mm in the transport direction. High-definition printing is achieved with a maximum printing speed of 152.4mm/sec and a dot density of 23.6 dots/mm (600dpi)*. It is now possible to print small characters and barcodes.
■High functionality for clear printing
The ribbon rotation torque is automatically controlled according to the printing speed and ribbon diameter to suppress printing distortion. In addition, by optimally controlling the heat generation time of the thermal head, printing can be adjusted appropriately and complex characters and two-dimensional codes can be clearly printed.
■Various equipment that prioritizes usability
In addition to being equipped with a large LCD display, there are also 7 types of operation keys, improving visibility and operability. It is also equipped with a help function that provides instructions on operating procedures such as paper replacement. In addition, the head lifts up and opens wide, making it easy to replace ribbons and paper and perform maintenance.
■Highly expandable and allows for a wide variety of connections
Equipped with USB, LAN, and RS-232C as standard interfaces. Operational cutter modules, peeling modules, and expansion I/O interfaces are also available as options. It has expandability that allows connection to various networks and various peripheral devices.
