About This Product

■Main features

This is a web application for sales staff that supports OMO at retail stores. When your store is out of stock, you can allocate inventory from the warehouse or other stores and issue shipping instructions, and the app can be notified of try-on reservation information and product receipt information via the EC site.

■Check inventory at your own store, other stores, and warehouses using your smartphone

You can search for products on your smartphone and check the inventory at your own store, other stores, and warehouses.

■Request shipping to a location with inventory to reduce loss of sales opportunities

Even if your store does not have stock, you can instruct other stores or warehouses to deliver or order items to prevent missed sales.

■Notify stores of reservation information from EC

You will receive a notification on your smartphone when you receive a try-on reservation or in-store pick-up order through EC. Display customer information and store visit information.

■Available on any device

Since it is a web app, it can be used on any device as long as you have a terminal. Function details

■Inventory confirmation, shipping/order request (customer order)

You can search for products and check the inventory at your own store, other stores, and warehouses with an operation similar to that of an e-commerce site. You can request individual delivery or store order.

■Notifications, work status management

Work instructions such as reservation requests will be notified to your smartphone. By tapping the notification, you can manage the status of each item, such as "on hold".

■Configuration diagram

We realize OMO by linking with Flow Makers HD's integrated inventory management system "Commons". "Commons" centrally manages inventory in stores and warehouses, and makes optimal inventory reservations that take into account the number of items in stock and shipping costs.
