Ultra-high quality sound deadening material glass wool “Acostafil”
Features
■Does not scatter
It is woven with continuous compressed glass fibers (threads), so the glass fibers will not fly away during work. Therefore, it is possible to work with bare hands without wearing masks, gloves, or goggles. That's why I'm kind to people.
■Excellent work efficiency
Acostafil is in sheet form, so it is easy to wrap around a punching pipe, and compressed glass fiber expands when heated, so just wrap it in a size that allows it to be easily inserted into the silencer. It is easy to handle as it only needs to be secured with masking tape on the outside.
■High durability
Conventional glass wool mats are aggregates of short glass fibers that scatter during handling or use, but Acostafil is woven with continuous glass fibers, so it does not scatter and is highly durable.
■High heat resistance temperature
Conventional E-glass has a heat resistance temperature of 800℃ to 850℃. By using newly developed ECR glass, it has a heat resistance temperature of 870℃ to 900℃. This is a temperature setting that no other manufacturer currently has.
■Excellent sound deadening effect
Adopts compressed glass (thread), which is made by bundling glass fibers and applying pressure to form threads. Since the yarn is woven into a sheet, it is possible to increase the filling capacity and has a higher noise reduction effect than conventional products.
