■ Oil -rich sludge does not clog

It is a structure in which the four screws that are fixed in four places and a ring (play ring) that move up and down (play rings) that move up and down alternately have one screw that is responsible for the transport of sludge and the dense. A self -cleaning mechanism that does not clog of clogging because the play ring moves by in contact with the play ring while rotating the screw at a constant speed and cleans the gap between the filtration. Demonstrates stable dehydration even with oil -filled sludge. Cleaning water to prevent clogging is very small compared to other methods of dehydrates.

■ Low concentration sludge can also be dehydrated

Since the concentration and dehydration process is treated with one filter, even low -concentration sludge of about TS0.2%can be inserted directly without having a concentrated equipment in the previous stage. In addition to reducing the construction cost and operation cost of the concentrated equipment and storage equipment, the odor is reduced because it dehydrates aerobic sludge. In addition, since phosphorus in surplus sludge can be efficiently collected to the dehydration cake side, the load due to the return of phosphorus to drainage is reduced.
