- Set the number of screws to be tightened with the same torque on one workpiece, and when you actually tighten the screws, the number of rotations for tightening the screws will be automatically measured and set.
・Of course, fine adjustments can be made manually. TORQUEWISH is the only product that can prevent erroneous counts and check tightening based on the number of rotations. These are the main settings.
- Furthermore, if you set a 2nd counter, even if you tighten a long screw incorrectly, it will stop at the set number of rotations, preventing punch-through accidents.
・In addition, it is equipped with a temporary tightening function, and when combined with the sequence function, it is possible to prevent accidents in which the product is shipped with temporary tightening. (First in the industry)
■Useful functions
・Eight types of settings can be stored in the main body, such as work detection driver control and auto-reset when OK, depending on the work style, and can be easily switched by turning the I/O terminals ON/OFF.
- Equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor, it is possible to combine them sequentially and switch up to 8 processes smoothly and as desired using only the main unit.
・Of course, if you combine multiple units and connect them in a daisy chain, you can prevent incorrect use of screwdrivers with different torques.
-Furthermore, by using the communication function, you can switch the work numbers of "TORQUEWISH" individually or all at once, and save and read settings from a LAN-connected PC using the included beta version software.
・If the target workpiece has elastic inclusions such as packing or heat-dissipating silicone sheets, or if it is a delicate part such as glass or semiconductor, switch the driver's torque-up detection method to current control (variable output torque) to detect the workpiece. It is possible to suppress variations due to recoil, and reduce the impact transmitted from the driver to the workpiece when torque is increased. (First in the industry)

By constructing a LAN using your PC and Ethernet, you can save the time stamp for each screw tightening (torque up), torque output level, and number of screw tightening rotations in CSV format.
NG processes are also output, so even if you fail to tighten a screw during the process, you can easily check whether the correction was completed correctly.
