■How to use
Connect it to an electric screwdriver and use it when tightening screws.
■Easy setup...The function to prevent miscounting is top class in the industry.
When you set the number of screws to be tightened with the same torque on one workpiece and actually tighten the screws, the screw tightening time will be automatically measured. Of course, by making fine adjustments manually, you can set the timer to prevent false counting in approximately 1/100 second increments. These are the main settings. Furthermore, if you set the 2nd timer, if you tighten a long screw incorrectly, the electric screwdriver will stop at the same time as the NG alarm.
■Useful functions
Various functions can be selected according to the work style, such as work detection electric screwdriver control and auto-reset when OK. Additionally, 8 types of settings can be memorized for each workpiece, and can be easily switched by turning the I/O terminal ON/OFF. Furthermore, with the 32-bit RISC processor installed, it is possible to combine them sequentially and switch up to MAX.8 processes smoothly and as desired.
