About This Product
The mold resistance test is a test that examines the resistance of various industrial products and industrial materials for mold (the difficulty of developing mold). You can check the preservative effect of industrial products and industrial materials.
Similar examinations include mold occurrence and confirmation tests.
■ Examination method
Each test mold is prepared in the preceding culture (about 1 to 3 weeks) to prepare a mixture of mixed cysts.
After a mixture of mixed cysts (test piece) is vaccinated, molded environment (eg, 26 ± 2 ° C, relative humidity of 95-99%) (1 to 4 weeks), observing with naked eyes and microscopes to determine the degree of growth of mold.
* Basically, it is not possible to identify the degree of growth of each test mold contained in mixture cysts. Test mold contained in mixture of mixed cyst determines as the degree of growth of all growth.

* Exams are also possible even for standards not described above. You can also propose a test method that suits your purpose. The most common request is the test method based on JIS Z 2911.
* If the ATCC shares are stipulated in the bacterium (MIL, RTCA, ASTM, etc.), the test will be conducted in principle using the same system of NBRC shares.
■ About the contents of the report
Mainly, the test method and the test results (rating of growth, entity microscope image) will be described in the report.

The test result is usually displayed in rating the mold growth state.
There is no judgment such as anti -mold or no.
If anti -mold processed and anti -mold -free products are tested at the same time, it is possible to examine the effects of anti -mold processing by comparing the results (please note that it is the result under certain test conditions).
