Very popular at Yakiniku restaurants across the country. Yakiniku Clean is the best cleaning agent for Yakiniku iron plates, wire mesh, rostres, and Genghis Khan pots. Thoroughly removes soot and oil that is stuck to iron plates and wire mesh and is difficult to remove. You can also soak it and wash it, and then just rinse it off. It is also compatible with special cleaning machines for wire mesh and iron plates.
■Applications
・Powder type P is used as a liquid for cleaning machine rattles for grilled meat iron plates.
・Liquid type L is for immersion cleaning of wire mesh.

・Compatible with special washing machines for powerful cleaning of even stubborn dirt
■How to use (for immersion cleaning)
① Dissolve 300g of this agent in 10L of hot water.
② Soak the iron plate for about 10 to 50 minutes.
③ After soaking, scrub with a nylon brush.
④After cleaning, wash thoroughly with water (rinse)
■How to use (when using a washing machine)
It depends on the specifications of the washing machine, but normally dissolve 100g of this agent in 10L of water (hot water) before use.
