About This Product

Liquid water-soluble rust inhibitors U and US are excellent for rust prevention purposes (temporary rust prevention) in the metal processing industry. Due to its rust prevention and low toxicity, it is used in food processing factories and in rinsing processes. Neutral and slightly alkaline types are available depending on dilution concentration and properties.

■Applications

・Additive rust inhibitor to improve the rust prevention properties of metal cleaning agents - Rust prevention for temporary storage (indoor storage) of metal products, etc. ・Liquid rust preventive agent can be used as a rinse agent and as an added rust preventive agent for water-soluble cutting oil.

■Features of this product

・Add to water-soluble cleaning agents such as metal cleaning agents (Metal Clean SER No. 8) to improve rust prevention. ・After drying, it forms an anti-rust film with good adhesion to the metal surface and exhibits its effectiveness. ・The anti-rust film can be easily removed with hot water at around 40℃. ・Contains a dechlorinator that decomposes chlorine contained in tap water, preventing the effects of chlorine. ・Low toxicity, effective for use in the food processing industry and as a rinse agent ・There are different types depending on dilution concentration and properties. ・Property Neutral

■How to use

① Dilute or add at a concentration of 1% to 10% depending on the usage method and application. *Used as a water-soluble rust preventive agent 10% *Anti-rust additive for cleaning agent 1-10% *Water-soluble cutting oil added 5-3% *Rinse agent 0.1-2% ② After spraying or soaking, dry and apply anti-corrosion treatment, or use by adding to water-soluble cleaning agent or water-soluble cutting oil. *Please confirm rust prevention performance by conducting a rust prevention test (exposure test) etc. in advance.
